Get month-to-date usage

/billing/usage

Returns your usage for the current UTC calendar month, with amounts in EUR. Items cover instances, services, and snapshots and can include resources deleted during the period.

Instance plan charges use whole hours rounded up, capped at the plan's monthly price. An instance item's cost excludes its bandwidth_cost. Service items carry their monthly charge; snapshot items are charged by stored size and time. total_cost includes all item costs plus instance bandwidth charges, so summing only items[].cost may produce a smaller value.
