Billing

Topping up your account​

You can top up your account by going to the Billing tab in Cloudie. We support numerous payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies and SEPA.

Invoices​

We issue invoices on top-up, they are downloadable in the Billing tab in Cloudie, and also emailed to the primary email address.

If you need a VAT invoice, please make sure your Company name and VAT number are filled out in your account section.

Usage data​

You can view the usage data of your instances, both historic and current, in the Billing tab in Cloudie. This includes the amount of time your instances have been running, and the amount of data transferred.
